		<description>Thanks Carlton, and I agree - actually if you do both (listen and read) it goes into two quite different parts of your brain, if you write it, then three!  Too bad there is not a way to smell it :)

Anyway, the more ways you can get the success material in, and the more times you repeat getting it in, the more it becomes a true part of you.
