I am blessed with a father who is obsessed with goal setting and achievement – I believe he owns practically every book and tape that the Nightingale-Conant company has produced on the topic. This stuff DOES work, and is essential to success. A very few are blessed to have this mentality built in, but the rest of us must always be vigilant because it is just to easy to rest on yesterdays accomplishments. To your Success!

I do a lot of the things that you are talking about (backwards goals, mentoring, dreaming and putting things down on paper).
